It works for basic use but lacks a lot. For starters, the fitness aspect could be improved a lot. It also has problems syncing with Google fit a lot of the times and doesn't sync sleep at all. And another complaint I have is that the customisation of the personal watchfaces are extremely and I mean extremely limited. There's only 2 types of time texts to choose from with no colour choice. It's always white and has the same style. It could be better but isn't.

My Realme smart scale was working fine until July 20th. Today, when I measured my body weight, the scale worked and my weight was visible on the app screen, but then it showed "no data", all my previous trends are gone, and I can't see any graphs or body metrics. I've tried logging in again, resetting the app,re-register and even using older versions, but nothing has worked. My measurements are visible on the claim/assign page, but the main page still shows "no data." This is really frustrating.

Doesn't connect to Realme Watch 8 as intended. Even after resetting the watch keeps on giving memory full warning. It tells me to connect to the app but connecting does nothing. The app is not updated about the step counts reliably. It is mostly and issue with the app and not the watch because other things like Notifications, Calls, Battery Percentage, Watch Faces, etc. are updated.
